One observation I made during my week in Germany is that there is a sort of critical size for street photography in cities: If they are small, people won't react bewildered when you are taking photos of them, as they are not suspecting you to do wrong. If the city is big, people simply won't care because they see strange stuff every day. A lot of people in Münster seemed to be quite unhappy with me photographing them.

My first stop was my mom's hometown, Münster. Visiting Münster always feels a bit like coming home to me, which might be why I didn't really feel that creative in the three days I spent. I don't know enough about the city to do local-ish photography, but I also know it well enough to not be inspired by it constantly. Anyway, i did make some nice photographs. Expect more. (This is a reflection of a billboard in a puddle, I didn't just photoshop a baby's face on a street.)

Prague in Colour

Pulling decent colour out of the 5D takes a somewhat different approach than doing so with FT-bodies, but I think I'm getting there. Prague wasn't really a good place to shoot colour photos, as the weather was pretty grey and miserable. Still, sometimes the sun came out.
